FGR Junior Greens 2007-08 season Former Supporters Club Chairman Mervyn Harris presents a signed football to FGR Junior Greens members Jasmine Munford & Chris Coyle for attending the most games during the 2004/05 season. It has been quite a while since we reported on our Junior Green club but you should all know that the club is alive and kicking. At the start of the season, changes to club member- ship did take place and for many, this proved to be confusing or misleading but we hope the following will provide a bit more by way of explanation. Ticket Prices/Membership From the start of Season 2007/8, the Football Club introduced a new level season ticket for all children under 16 years old and, as well as including auto- matic entry to the Junior Greens, there was a sub- stantial saving when compared to the full match day price. Tickets for the season are priced at £100 (seating) and £50 (standing). This represents a sav- ing of 33% and 50% respectively. Automatic mem- bership of the Junior Greens saves a further £15. Separate (non season ticket) membership of the Jun- ior Greens is available at a cost of £15 for the year and children will be entitled to all membership ben- efits excluding reduced price entry for home match- es. This will mean that any under 16 year old not in possession of a 2007/8 Season Ticket, will be re- quired to pay the standard price for entry on the day. Benefits As a Junior Green, members will be entitled to the following: - Membership Certificate and Card - Season 2007/8 Squad Photograph - Newsletters during the season - Opportunity to meet staff and players - Christmas card from players - Discount on Club Shop Purchases - Discount on Away Travel - Annual Party - Birthday mention in match day programme Please note that there will not be a ‘Junior Green Of the Year Award’ this season, therefore it will not be necessary for members to sign in at the Club Shop as in previous years.
